Terms of Use — Estatalyze

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Estatalyze (“Service”), a web-based platform owned and operated by Sspale LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company based in Irvine, California, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Estatalyze provides one-time real estate reports (either Basic or Comprehensive) based on satellite data sourced from NASA and ESA, as well as other third-party data providers. Reports are generated and delivered within 7 to 10 business days on average from the time of payment confirmation.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting a report.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You may not use the Service to violate any rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
4. Reports and Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Accuracy: Reports are based on satellite data and third-party sources. We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of the reports or the data contained therein.
No Professional Advice: The reports are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or real estate advice. Please consult a qualified professional.
Delivery Time: Reports are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery.
5. Payments and Refunds
One-Time Payment: Payment must be made in full prior to report generation. We accept major credit cards and other methods via Stripe. Due to the custom nature of the reports, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe there is an error with your report, contact us at support@estatalyze.com within 7 days of delivery.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect personal information (name, email, payment details) only as necessary to provide the Service. Payment details are processed securely through Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Satellite data from NASA and ESA is used under their open data policies.
7. Cookie Consent
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and analyze Service usage. Types include essential, analytical, and functional cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may impair functionality. We comply with GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
8. Data Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Stripe, and regular security audits. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
9. Data Retention
Personal information is retained as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose and meet legal obligations. Generated reports are retained for a maximum of 12 months from delivery, then permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@estatalyze.com; we will comply within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service is the property of Sspale LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the reports without prior written consent.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes; reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service; resell or commercially exploit reports without permission; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or impersonate any person or entity.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, failure to pay, fraudulent activity, or other conduct deemed harmful to the Service or its users.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sspale LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sspale LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technological failures, pandemics, or labor disputes.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Irvine, California.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Entire Agreement
