Urban and Suburban Monitoring

Why urban monitoring matters

Knowing building construction and demolition rates reveals neighborhood growth trends, market demand, and development potential. High construction signals strong demand and rising values, while high demolition may indicate redevelopment opportunities or decline. Using serial satellite-based radar images, we surveilled a 20 square mile area over the past 5 years to gather this data, helping land buyers assess risk, identify opportunities, and time investments effectively.
